Central Park Zoo

Go to the sea lion pool where you can spot the carnivorous mammals in action. In the feeding hours, the sea lions flaunt their skills for the public. Central Park Zoo is open from 10 AM to 5 PM on week days, and 10 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends and holidays.

Top of The Rock Observation Deck

Travel Tip: Carry a good binocular with you. The ticket prices begin at $34 for adults, $28 for children of 6 to 12 years of age, and $32 for seniors.

New York Botanical Garden

Seasonal exhibits are displayed as well. Also, this place conducts one of the world’s largest plant research and conservation programs for those interested. The opening and closing time of New York Botanical Garden is 10 AM and 6 PM respectively. Fun Fact: The legendary history of this garden started during the 19th-century civic movement.

Museum of the Moving Image

Silent films are also shown here. In ‘Behind the Screen’ you can understand the fantastic process of creating moving images. Nineteenth century optical toys are watchable in this section. Trivia: There are 130,000 artifacts connected to the stages of production, promotion etc kept at the Museum of the Moving Image.
