Craig Lewis was a regular marketing manager working in Atlanta, until he decided he had had enough of the corporate world. After saving money for over three years, Lewis quit his job and sold all his belongings to travel the world… The result? Beyond incredible!
The 26-year-old Australian bought himself an around-the-world-ticket with eight stops. In a little over a year, he had explored no less than 36 countries!
“I made a plan, worked and saved for 3 years and quit to travel the world. I sold everything I owned and hitchhiked, couch surfed, slept in airports, train aisles, floors, anywhere I needed to,” Lewis writes on his YouTube page, adding:
“I volunteered in Africa and flew wing suits in California. I trekked to Mt Everest base camp and Base jumped off antennas in England. I made mates for life all around the world. This is the story of my trip!”
The video begins with him high-fiving the camera as he exits the lift on his last day at work, and concludes with Lewis finally arriving home and high-fiving the camera one last time before collapsing on his bed.
