How to get a Kenya Visa?

Thankfully, all you need to do is apply for a Kenya visa online (electronic Visa or eVisa) and you are done with it! This applies to NEARLY ALL nationalities across the world.

What should I know regarding the payment procedure?

The payment should be made with either Visa or Mastercard debit card. The official approval takes 2 days. Though, it can take longer.

Please share with me details of e-visa issuance.

The e-visa is issued in PDF format. You must print and carefully carry it  for a successful entry into the country. You can travel within 90 days of issuance to a Kenyan port of entry. Consequently, the concerned immigration authorities stamp the passport allowing the person to stay in Kenya for a period of maximum 90 days. However, you can elongate your stay by 90 days. To do this, you need to gain approval from the immigration authorities.

What are the mandatory requirements for Kenyan Visa?

  • Duly filled-in application form
  • A copy of flight itinerary/letter from travel agent on company letterhead confirming booking.
  • Two passport-size photos (Computer-generated images are unacceptable)
