Chennai is very superb for family vacations. So much to do and lots of explore. Plus the food is really good, can not even compare to south Indian food I have had else where. HolidayMe plans good packages for less money.
Chennai is a beautiful place, and even though it is a little bit crowded, I think it has lots of things for people to do, especially kids. If you come here with your family, make sure that you take a package from holidayMe, because they offer economical cheap packages, and also let you pick and choose from a large list of hotels. Good trip for sure, and I am really glad that I got to spend 3 days in Chennai on my tour of Tamil Nadu. Looking forward to coming back, for the amazing food and the really great hospitality.
Lovely trip to South of India. Superb place. people are very friendly, and they all kept taking photos with us. Good experience, although the hotel cud have been better and more cleaner. But hotel staff was very accommodating and changed our room twice when we requested them. HolidayMe gave us a good package but it wasn’t very cheap, but still no complaints.
So, this time when I was in Chennai I realized that on my earlier trips I missed out on many attractions of the city. HolidayMe planned it all in their itineraries, and gave me a chance to explore more. Very happy…
Landed in Chennai this morning and already in love with the city. Lots of night life to enjoy just like HolidayMe people had said there would be, and the food is also great. Authentic Indian cuisine is really great. Hotel is also nice, and the people are just too friendly. Clicked a lot of pics with random strangers. Good experience.
HolidayMe arranged a good package for our tour of South India, and it was a comprehensive package since we covered all of the states in South India. Really grand trip, and the hotels in almost all places were amazing. The one in Chennai was the best by far because the hotel was right in the heart of the city, and we could just walk over to the market or the street food stalls nearby. The staff was also good, and our room was perfect and had a Jacuzzi as well. Amazing set up in the buffet breakfast, we cudnt stop ourselves.
This trip to South India was a god one, and I have never been here so it was a new experience. It is very hot and humid here, but the food is good and the people are also friendly and helpful. Only thing is the language barrier. But still it was a good vacation with family. Wud love to come back.
Toooooo hot in Chennai, why did not HolidayMe told me of this hoteness in the city. All of the places so sweaty and sticky so we take baths three times based on per day basis and it is still to hot to go out.
Chennai was so much more fun than I have ever had anywhere else in india. Lovely trip planning by HolidayMe, and we got to enjoy a lot. Food was very good, and for vegans like me it is the perfect place.
There isn’t much to do in Chennai. On this South India tour package from HolidayMe, we went to many states, but so far Tamil Nadu has offered nothing spectacular. Even the hotel is sort of hum drum. HolidayMe should not have pushed us to stay here for any longer than a day. Completely disappointed in them. I hope the rest of the trip is better.
