The town is a delight to walk around and soak in the view. The views both from the citadel and the city walls are stunning. City Walls has entry ticket and worth it. The Citadel is comparatively expensive just for the view. The library is just a few old books randomly selected and few old sofas. If you walk from any part of the city you will approach the Ballerina statue. The view around it is good apart from that nothing else is there. Good place to take photos. The best is the tunnel between Budva and Becici very cool .
The city is a surprise. Small town with perfectly preserved history within this little town. The narrow streets and by lanes are very safe and wonderful to roam around. To get a view of the city and the surrounding area one must visit the city walls. There is an entry fees but the view is really good takes around an hour to enjoy it. The Citadel also provides the same view. As compared to the price of the entry ticket and what is promised to be shown, it’s a bit of disappointment, although one can enjoy in the restaurant.
Walking in the narrow lanes you are transported back into old times. The citadel is nice to visit once and see the lovely views. The Mogren Beach is very crowded and very expensive. Jaz beach is also crowded but there are options of water sports which is fun. The restaurants serve good food. The city museum is interesting .
Although the town looks like something from the past but once you hit the beaches it’s a different world. Ploce Beach has a pool party going on and was real fun, all youngsters there. Jaz is good for people looking for adventure sports and less noise. Nothing much to do except visit the old city wall or Citadel.
The whole city is full of tourists and being such a small place seems too overcrowded. The city as such is very beautiful with cute streets and nice restaurants. The view from the city wall is beautiful. The city has lots of beaches to choose from. Jaz beach is the best with less restaurants, lots of water sports and a lovely sea view. Mogren Beach is so crowded one can hardly walk or approach the water. Ploce Beach is also the same with a pool party going on always. Lots of drunk people and sun beds were nearly touching.
The city has a lovely old world charm when you walk through it. Ploce beach is too noisy and crowded and rude staff. The climb on the city wall was good but better to go early in the morning to avoid the crowd. Citadel is very expensive entry fees can be avoided. Churches can be visited if interested.
The city is a cute little town with a very nice and old world vibe to it. Enjoy walking around in the narrow streets or eat at the various cafes and restaurants. The top of the citadel has good views but I found the entry ticket a little costly.Nothing much except a small so called library and a small restaurant though with good food. The beaches are famous here but mostly all are crowded. Mogren beach looks amazing when not crowded which is never. Too expensive services. Ploce beach is the party area ,too crowded no fun.
Nice little place with old buildings, alleys and pavements. The sea view makes it more charming. Too crowded always. Not many places to see. The City wall is a nice place to walk and see the sea on one side and the city on the other. Entry fees is there. A few beaches there. Too over crowded and noisy.
The city is very charming and nice to stay. Walk around the city or visit the city wall for a view of the city and the sea. In the evening visited the Ballerina statue which has a very good view. The restaurants around the place are nice too. Jaz beach is good and sea is beautiful here.
Feels like walking into history. Nice charm with the historical parts well preserved. The city wall is very old and once you reach the top amazing views wait. Citadel has also good views but the entry fees is too high. All the beaches are too crowded and too noisy and very expensive service. City museum is interesting and a must visit.
