A great place full of fun and world famous artists
by Farida Issa
Rembrandt, Van Gogh and many others can be viewed at the Rijksmuseum . Better to go early in the morning otherwise you will be swarmed by the group. Ann Franks Museum had a huge waiting line, but the wait was worth it. It is quite moving and sad. Vondelpark is just a normal park with natural beauty but nothing else.

The city is full of hidden gems, some are a treat to the eye and some make you feel sad. Ann Franks Museum was an eye opener to the torture and sad life of a teenager.Van Goghs museum has so many of his good masterpieces. Rijksmuseum is big but too crowded. Heineken beer tour was funny and good.

Beauty Beyond Words

Morning the tour started with a visit to Rijksmuseum. Mind blowing collection of art done by some famous artists. Took the audio guide so enjoyed the paintings better. Avoid taking guides as they keep hurrying. Visited Ann Franks Museum which was as inspiring as it was sad. It is crowded with huge waiting lines so book in advance. The Rembrandt House has antique furniture and setting is also original. The history of the famous painter was equally interesting. Visited the Heineken Experience. The tour was informative, the 4D movie hilarious and the rooftop bar was excellent with good food.

All of Europe is breathtaking, but Amsterdam takes the cake. The chocolates, the pastries, and the baguettes were to die for. I wish I could eat everything in their stores. Thank you holiday for helping me plan the perfect itinerary.

Nice and Cool
by Sigmund Reid
Loved the general air of Amsterdam, everybody is cool, and there are lots of adventure sports to indulge in… I tried bungee jumping for the first time, it is safe to do it since these are professionals. The package I booked from HolidayMe is good for a solo traveler, like me, althgouh I am not sure how good it would be for a family, since the hotel was a little rundown and shabby. But it was in a ncie location and there were many pubs nearby. I would love to come back, and maybe travel to the other places near Amsterdam.

Amsterdam has been on my bucket list of place to travel to for ages. Saw this stupendous deal up for grabs on HolidayMe, and decided that this is it, this is the time. Their agents are helpful, and got my requests into the package. Nice and affordable. Amsterdam, just as I had visions of, is gorgeous. Green and clean, so clean that you could eat off the roads. And the food is to die for. Locals are friendly. I only wish I could have spent more time here. I regret not going for the longer duration package now. No problems, maybe next time.

Ann Franks Museum is an eye opener to the sad life of a war torn teenagers life. Rijksmuseum is full of tour groups so you can’t enjoy some of the paintings. Rijksmuseum’s collection is although superb, although one can get confused in absence of any directions. The Museum Quarters is a good place to break between visiting the museums.

Netherlands Tour Packages
A tiny country located towards the west of Europe, the Netherlands (also known as Holland) shares borders with Germany on its east and Belgium on the south. On the northwest, the Netherlands is surrounded by the North Sea. Amsterdam is the capital city, while Hague and Rotterdam are the other two most important cities of the country, which has been functioning as a parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy since 1848.
Following the defeat of Napoleon and his troops in 1813, the United Kingdom of the Netherlands was established, which included Belgium. However, Belgium broke away from the union in 1830 to form an independent state.
The name ‘the Netherlands’ means ‘low country’, which is apt because of the country’s flat and low geography. It is essentially a large plain dotted with rivers, coasts, lakes and canals. As a result, even the climate is temperate and a tad windy, with mild winters and cool summers. The country has a charming blend of natural beauty, rustic Dutch countryside, and dynamic culture. Owing to its flat topography and the plain roads, Netherlands is a heaven for bikers, and also features thousands of miles of well-paved roads for cycling.
The people of the Netherlands are normally referred to as “Dutch”, which is also the name of the country’s official language. The other languages widely spoken here include Frisian, French, German and English. Majority of the Dutch population is Roman Catholic (30%), while other minority religions include Dutch reformed Church, Calvinist, Muslims, amongst others.
