Other neighbouring countries like Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan can travel visa-free for up to 90 days.
Visa on arrival services are available for citizens of Bahrain, China, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates. The visa on arrival for these countries is valid for a period of up to 30 days, and can be obtained at any international airport.
In order to apply for a visa to Azerbaijan, following are the documents required – a valid passport or other travel documents, a properly filled out Azerbaijan Visa Application form, two coloured passport-sized photos, a letter of invitation, and a visa consultation fee receipt.
According to the Azerbaijan Visa Law, foreign citizens can travel to Azerbaijan with their passports and required travel documents, if they are entering the country from the border crossings of neighbouring countries.
