Guilin Liangjiang International Airport serves the city and caters to daily flights from Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka and Seoul. Flights from Guilin to Kuala Lumpur is available on four days every week.
Mini-buses are available from Guangzhou, Wusho and Yangzhou to reach Guilin.
Guilin has two notable stations, Guilin Zhan and Guilin North station among which the Guilin North Station is the most active one. High speed trains from Nanning to Beijing stop by the Guilin North Station.
Cargo boats are available from Guangzhou via Wuzho to reach Guilin.
Buses: Buses are the most economical option to get around in Guilin. First things first, grab a copy of the local map so not to flummox self with the routes. Buses cover routes ranging from city parks to local markets at the rate of ¥2.
Taxis: You will face no issue with taking the taxis in the city which are pretty cheap too. Taxi meters begin at ¥7 and at the end of your trip the driver requests an additional ¥1 gas surcharge
