Shanghai Tourism

Nǐ hǎo! (Hello in Mandarin)

Shanghai is the face of modern China with its dazzling skyscrapers, mesmeric nightlife and enticing monuments and shopping malls. With a population of more than 23 million people, Shanghai is the most developed and vibrant city on the Chinese mainland. The city, located by the Yangtze River Delta in East China, hosts the world’s busiest container port. There are also vestiges of its colonial and Oriental past with beautiful temples nestling in alleys next to Chinese gardens and bustling street markets.
