Sharjah is the third largest among the seven emirates of UAE. It is the only Emirate to have land on the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf Coast. Sharjah is situated next to Dubai and is effectively a suburb. This emirate is relatively bigger than Dubai and has a beautiful long coastline on both the west and east coasts of the peninsula and with exclaves of Khor Fakkan, Dibba Al Hisn and Kalba.
